iPhone 7 Release Date, Specs, Price, Rumors: Video Showing Next-Gen iPhone Leaked Online?

While a lot of rumors about Apple's highly anticipated iPhone 7 have been popping up daily, a new leaked video shows how the next gen iPhone might look like.

First spotted on Chinese website Weibo (via TechTastic), the video shows off two iPhones, one in a Space Gray color and the other in Silver color. While, there's no proof if the video is a valid one, the two iPhone 7 devices in the video are in line with recent reports.

The antenna bands, as seen in the 7 second long video, have been shifted to the edges. The bottom of the device shows two speaker grills on both the sides of the Lightning port, and the 3.5mm audio jack is nowhere to be seen. The device flaunts tweaked camera lens, which is quite larger compared to previous iPhone models, reported Christian Daily.

We would advise our readers to take the information with a big grain of salt as nothing about the iPhone 7 release date, specs or price has been announced by Apple.

A separate report by Mobipicker, citing leaked pictures, claims that the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 has dropped the iconic physical home button in favor of a touch-sensitive one. The pictures show a slightly re-positioned front camera and proximity sensor and narrower lower and upper bezels on the handset.

The home button in the pictures is perfectly in level with the rest of the bezel and cannot be pressed in. This hints that the button is touch-sensitive. The report claims that users will have to tap the button to perform various functions, like tap and hold for Siri, double tap to see the running apps, etc.

Among other specs, the Apple iPhone 7 is expected to come with new 3.5mm size EarPods featuring lightning connectors that will plug into the lightning port. There are rumors that the Cupertino will ditch the base 16GB storage option in favor of a 32GB base model this time. The midrange model will be 128 GB and top end will be 256 GB.

As far as iPhone 7 release date is concerned, the next gen iPhone is expected to get a September release.
