Niantic has a lot of interesting features for Pokémon GO which will show in the rumored Pokémon GO Gen II update. According to reports, there will be 100 new Pokémon that will be added in the game. Reports also said that some Pokémon will have new evolved forms.

International Business Times reported that since Pokémon GO users dropped by 15 million in late August, game developer Niantic have been eager to change the stats and increase the number of players playing the gaming app. Several rumors have been going around about the new features that will be added to the game. According to the latest buzz, there will be new evolutions to Pokémon GO's Pokédex. It was said that Telkom Gaming is suggesting players should save their Pokémon candy for the evolved forms of several pocket monsters.

A Reddit user provided a list of the different Pokémon that will feature new evolved form in Pokémon GO Gen II. The creatures on the list are Golbat who will evolve into Crobat, Gloom into Bellossom, Poliwhirl into Politoed, Slowpoke into Slowking and Onix into Steelix. The highly anticipated update will also have Chansey evolve into Blissey, Seadra into Kingdra, Scyther into Scizor, Eevee into Espeon and Umbreon, and Porygon into Porygon2.

Meanwhile, Game n Guide also reported that aside from the new evolution update, players will also see new Pokémon to turn up in Pokémon GO Gen II. Ranked Boost listed all the new Pokémon including: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Sentret, Hoothoot, Ledyba, Spinarak, Chinchou, Togepi, Cleffa, Igglybuff and Marill, among many others. It was also reported that Pokémon GO Gen II will also introduce baby Pokémon like Elekid, Pichu, Smoochum, and Tyrorogue.

Players are anticipating the new Pokémon GO Gen II update which will bring 100 new Pokémon and more than 86 new moves. If all these rumors are true, then Pokémon GO will already have approximately 251 Pokémon. Game Trainers will have to plan their moves accurately and select which little creature they need to upgrade first, which will depend on the players' objective and environment. Niantic has been mum about the whole update rumors and has yet to announce the official release date of "Pokemon Go" Gen 2.
