Personal trainers have been rising in popularity recently, and it's thanks to the significant results they're able to provide clients with. They're able to put together meal plans, identify what workouts a client needs for their body type, help set and achieve goals, and much more. Personal trainers are a great choice for any type of person entering the gym, whether they're a beginner or a fitness fanatic.

It requires a lot more than an interest in working out to be a personal trainer, such as thorough research and education on different aspects of fitness. They're specially trained to be able to handle a number of circumstances, such as helping an individual work around an injury, or training someone for an athletic competition.

Though one of the biggest reasons many people hire personal trainers is simply because they're new to working out and need someone with in-depth knowledge to help them get started. However, some people may have anxiety surrounding the idea of going to a public gym to work out, especially if they're a beginner. Luckily for them, many personal trainers offer sessions in the comfort of the client's own home.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many personal trainers have stopped offering at-home sessions, instead turning to online methods of helping clients. One such person includes Alessandro Cassano, a personal trainer based out of Parma, Italy. Since 2008, he's been scaling his business, using martial arts and neuro-linguistic programming to help others achieve their fitness dreams.

Alessandro conducts one-on-one training sessions with his clients, which are now done over video calls due to the pandemic's restrictions. It took a little bit to get used to the new systems, but in no time Alessandro mastered his new way of doing things. Being online more also allowed him to grow his social media presence, and as of now, he has over 70,000 followers on his Instagram.

Alessandro's success has granted him many opportunities, such as working with a few big-name athletes. Some of his clients include football players Marco Marchionni, Amauri, and Gianni Munari; rugby player Giambattista Venditti; and professional fighter Matteo Azzali. He's trained them all with the help of his martial arts knowledge, something he's been working on since childhood.

Karate was the first martial art Alessandro picked up, and it was only a matter of time before he earned his black belt. Once he became an adult, he focused his attention on Wing Tsun, even being awarded a blue shirt by the European WingTsun Organisation in 2008. That was the moment Alessandro knew he wanted a future in the industry, and soon after he began training others in the craft.

Since then, he's scaled his business to great heights. For the coming months, Alessandro has plans to open a gym in Parma, and though a launch date hasn't been revealed, we're sure Alessandro will be posting regular updates on his social media.
