While game developer Hello Games has rolled out the highly anticipated science fiction action adventure survival video game, "No Man's Sky," for PS4, PC and Steam, there's currently no word on when the game will get an Xbox One release date.

During an interview with the Daily Star, when Hello Games' Sean Murray was asked if "No Man's Sky" will make it to the Xbox One, he said he didn't know what exactly he was allowed to disclose about "No Man's Sky" or the possibility of a Xbox One version of the game. Murray mentioned the fact that he needed to be "very specific with [his] words," reported Digital Spy.

"No Man's Sky" was initially announced at the VGX 2013 gaming conference. Sony also mentioned about the sci-fi space exploration game during its press event at the E3 2014. It was then completely revealed during the same event next year.

What's great about the new space game is that it has a gigantic universe with almost over 18 quintillion - or approx. 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 -planets, each unique and different in its own way. This means that it will take more than 500 billion years for a gamer to visit each planet for one second. In fact, if you are the first person to discover a planet, then your name will be forever etched in "No Man's Sky" history, reported GameSpot.

It is to be noted that each and every player's experience of the game will be very different. For instance, it will depend on the player to decide whether he/she would want to become a trader that transports goods between planets and space stations, or become a fighter who attacks the trader's ships, or make it their mission to rescue the traders who are under attack. It currently seems unlikely that an Xbox One version of "No Man's Sky" will be released, but there's always scope for change.
