To catch a Squirtle, Charmander and Bulbasaur among the many Pokemons out there, players need to move and go places. According to a Gizmodo article however, the places that players are forced to go to in order to catch a rare Pokemon, fight or use gyms, have been quite interesting.

Gyms and  "PokéStops" are located in quite strange places. however, avid fans seem not to mind to traversing to these places to battle other Pokemons. Gizmodo claimed that Niantic probably did not give these areas a lot of thought, because there are strip clubs, sex shops, abortion memorials, gravestones, mausoleums, churches, creepy sheds, and many more!

Some of the places are downright scary, but for a rare Pokemon, people don't seem to mind. In fact, some people love the novelty of it all, very amused by their "discoveries."

"The Church of Scientology has finally proven its usefulness by being a PokeStop. #PokemonGO," a player by the name of Adam Fletcher tweeted. "Looks like there's a PokeStop at the strip club by work. Don't think this stop was meant for all ages... #PokemonGO," Gajan Kulasingham also tweeted.

The problem is that some people are sent to not only scary places, but to dangerous situations. USA Today reported that robbers use the app to lure victims. Then there are reports about a girl who stumbled upon a dead body in her quest for a Pokemon.

Whether you are a fan amazed by all of this, the key is always be cautious. You don't want to walk right into the hands of a robber, don't you?
