A video was released on YouTube by channel Pete WDHco showing a dark cylindrical-shaped object appears to have passed closer above the Earth. In the image, it shows the object passes or leaves the ISS.

The video is entitled "ISS Space Station Attacked or Attacks Missile or UFO Interesting Capture." It is claimed to be filmed by the ISS's own live-stream camera this May, according to Express.

The video subtitle states that the ISS live feed caught this object which is best described as a missile shape, either just missing the station or release by the station.

"Caught as it flew down and entered the Earth. What is it? Any ideas?"

The object appears to have moved away from and in front of the ISS. This led to an online speculation from conspiracy theorists.

Chuck McGuire contemplated if the ISS has been armed. He said that has to be a test firing of a weapon from the station. He added that advanced races would be using plasma or energy-based weapons.

Meanwhile, Rich Guz said on YouTube that it is definitely man-made and does resemble air to surface missiles. He further said that it is hard to say if it was the station itself being attacked or if it was a weapon system separate from them. He stated that it needs some explaining. On the other hand, he said it is a great catch indeed.

UFO or also known as an unidentified flying object is any incongruity in the sky that is not recognizable as a known object or phenomenon. It is also linked with claims of visitation by extraterrestrial life or government-related conspiracy theories. These have become popular subjects in fiction.

The term UFO was created in 1953 by the United States Air Force (USAF) because of some stories about celestial apparitions. In the late 1940s till 1950s, UFOs were also referred as "flying saucers" or "flying discs." In some studies, they concluded that the phenomenon does not signify a threat to national security nor does it has anything worthy of scientific pursuit.
