No. It's not an Olympic sport, but by it's still an incredible fortitude of human strength.

That's right-Tatyana Kozhevnikova, 42-year-old Russian mom, unofficially holds the record for World's Strongest Vagina, according to the Sun. She recently showed off her skills at the "Body Shocking Show" in England.

As she inserts a wooden egg into her vagina and attaches the weight to the egg, she's able to contract her muscles around the object and lift up to 31 pounds, which she reportedly set the record of in 2009! According to Kozhevnikova, it's taken her 20 years of vagina weightlifting to accomplish this feat of strength.

"It's enough to exercise your vagina five minutes a day, ladies, and in just one week you'll be able to give yourself and your man unforgettable pleasure in bed."

Kegel exercises, known as muscle contractions used with the pelvic floor muscles that support your uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum can be worked discreetly and just about any time, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Kegel exercises can be done during pregnancy or after childbirth to try to prevent urinary incontinence. Kegel exercises - along with counseling and sex therapy - might also be helpful for women who have persistent difficulty reaching orgasm.

Though, to date, there isn't any Guinness category for vagina weightlifting, according to a Guinness spokeswoman, you have to be impressed by her genital super-strength.
