Xbox Games With Gold December 2016 Update: 'Sleeping Dogs' & 'Outlast' Join The Grand Year End List

Microsoft gave out some excellent news for Xbox One and Xbox 360 players yesterday. The company released an updated list of free game titles available for players with a Gold subscription in December 2016. Players who are lucky and smart enough to snag a Xbox Gold subscription can now download the announced batch of Xbox Games with Gold December 2016 titles. The downloads are now open for access.

Amidst news from other competitors about their own free games lineup, Microsoft is not to be left behind. Fierce competition is expected from the top notch competition, Sony PlayStation and its December line-up. For the loyal Xbox One and Xbox 360 players, there is good news. This month will be the launch of a whole new and engaging range of games that are open to download for all fans who have a Xbox Gold subscription up their sleeves.

 The Xbox Games With Gold December 2016 include "Outlast" on Xbox One and "Burnout Paradise" on Xbox 360- both known flagship games! There is another good news for Xbox One players. They would be happy to note that both these titles can be effectively played on their Xbox One consoles. How is that possible? Well, all thanks to the Backwards Compatibility program!

Till December 16, Xbox players and fans with the eligible Gold subscription could have downloaded "Murdered: Soul Suspect" and "Outland". These titles were rolled out for many players across the globe under the first batch of Xbox Games With Gold December 2016. As far as the new titles are considered, "Outlast" will be available for download until January 15.

"Burnout Paradise" will be available till the month and year end. Soon enough Microsoft will come up with news for Xbox One and 360 players about the January 2017 line up of games.
