Now Facebook has gone a step ahead and made an algorithm which creates more than a billion filters based only on text as a part of Facebook messenger latest update.

Facebook is trying hard to compete with the established players in visual communication like Snapchat. This is their latest method which means an awesome Facebook messenger update and a camera feature. This update started rolling out just a few hours back!

The Facebook messenger update camera can create an infinite number of graphics instantly to add awesome effects to your photos and videos. You can type anything, and the program creates words in cool fonts. These goofy fonts are put on top of your original visual. Not just this, if the messenger recognises the actual meaning of your text, it can ever put filters of related art and not just artistic fonts. The Messenger update for Facebook is supporting 15 different languages.

Not just this, it also has slfie lenses, holiday themed masks, additional props, style filters and other different art which make your pictures look super cool. This camera can be accessed by simply swiping in the app!

"A lot more conversations are starting from photos," Facebook's head of Messenger David Marcus said. Around 10 percent, in fact. "We wanted to make sure we could be a first-class citizen when it comes to visual messaging, and naturally for that you need a good camera," Marcus added.

The new features began rolling out sometime back for all platforms slowly. The effects should be available to all users by December 21. The Facebook design and engineering teams worked to understand the meaning of common phrases, and connect them to different art so Messenger can create filters to support the words itself.
