When will 13 inch MacBook Pro 2016 release? This is a question which MacBook fans are asking. Well, the wait is over and it may arrive sooner than expected. Apple is hosting the "Hello Again" event this Thursday and it is widely speculated that the announcement for 13 inch MacBook would be made in this event. The event will end the long wait for Mac updates.

Apple To Release MacBook Pro 2016 At The "Hello Again" Event

KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes Apple will make several announcements regarding the MacBook line-up at the event.

At the event, Apple will release the MacBook Pro 2016. It would be launched in both 13 inch and 15 inch variants. The MacBook Pro 2016 would be equipped with OLED touch bar, Thunderbolt 3, and a USB Type-C. With the Touch ID, this is the first time a fingerprint sensor technology would also make its way into MacBook Pro 2016. As reported by NDTV gadgets.

KGI report says there will be several major updates in the MacBook Pro 2016. At this point, there are no reports or rumors about the model getting higher features, as reported by Macrumors. But, if history is any testimony the 13-inch MacBook Pro may not get top end specs.

Apart from the MacBook Pro, the highly anticipated 13-inch MacBook will also be unveiled at the event. Several improvements are expected over the current 12-inch MacBook. There was no mention of MacBook Air line-up. The 13-inch MacBook even with updates would be much similar to the 12-inch version and it would be weird to have two MacBooks which are similar. The report does not go into further details but we can expect the 13-inch MacBook to have some major updates to distinguish it from its predecessor.

According to the reliable KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the three new model numbers are A1706, A1707, and A1708. Earlier in the year, it was expected that Apple will announce the release date for MacBook Pro 2016 at the iPhone event but that did not happen.

Let us hope that these rumors are for real and Apple announces the release of 15 inch and 13 inch MacBook Pro 2016 at its upcoming event on Thursday.
