'Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab' Release Date, Rumors, Specs, Price: Launch In 2017 Confirmed?

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab was rumored to be arriving this September but that never happened. Latest news suggests that S3 Tab may be slated for a release sometime in Q1 2017.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab is rumored to be released in two models, SM-T820 and SM-T825. The SM-T820 will be a Wifi only model, while SM-T825 will also support a 3G and 4G mobile connectivity. as reported by SamMobile.

If rumors are to be believed, Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab will be available in 8 inches and a 9.7-inch screen similar to its earlier models.

An Indian import-export tracker website, Zauba, had listed Samsung Galaxy S3 Tab earlier in the year. S3 Tab may feature n Exynos 7420 processor, 4GB RAM, and an improved battery life.

The front camera will be 2Mp whereas the rear camera will be 8Mp. The battery will be improved and can go up to 5,870mAh. To improve the user experience Tab S3 will also have a fast charging feature.

Leaked benchmarks showed a score of 4,275 points multi-core in larger tab and  4,122 points in the smaller variant in Geekbench 3.0 . Such scores for a tablet are not at all bad.
