The Rio Olympics 2016 has been joined by Google since its opening on August 5, Friday. Google provided a fun way to be part of the 2016 Olympics through its doodle fruit themed mobile game. Like the previous Olympics, Google provides a unique and entertaining way to celebrate the Olympics by producing mobile games on its doodle.

The Rio Olympics 2016-inspired doodle game is a fruit themed interactive game that has a series of interactive mini games. A player can race as a strawberry, swim as a lemon, or play lawn tennis as a pineapple. The doodle game has seven different tap-and-tilt games, each one reviewed as easy to play using simple controls. Reportedly, it can keep players entertained for few minutes or even make them occupied for few hours. Though a lot of sports enthusiasts can not witness the event in Brazil, they can instead join the 2016 fruit themed game of Olympics, Android Authority reported.

Rio Olympics 2016's doodle fruit-themed mobile games are interesting because different fruits will participate in various sporting activities. Players can join a mock Olympics decathlon where they control a strawberry that needs to cross the finish line before it will be crushed by a gigantic watermelon.

The Rio Olympics 2016 doodle game also has a coconut that rides a BMX bike participating in a cycling event. There are of course other fruits such as lemon and pineapple that are taking part in games such as tennis, swimming and more. Different games are also featured everyday.

Google's Olympic 2016 doodle games can also be played within the Google app for Android and iOS and will be available on Aug. 5 to Aug. 21, the Verge reported. The Olympics officially started on Friday, Aug. 5 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and participated by many countries. It is considered the biggest sporting event of the year and people around the world are now tuning into the event.
