Southern Cornwall gives visitors the feeling of being close to nature. There are a lot of places to visit such as the beach resorts of Newquay and St. Ives and wonderful places to eat such as the Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant and Rick Stein's St. Petroc's Bistro. All of these make visitors feel the warmth of Cornwall and appreciate the variety of Cornish experience which are not aimed just for families, but also for couples without kids.

To feel the warmth of bright sunny morning, visitors can head to the north coast of the county and the must-visit beach resorts of Newquay and St Ives. To satisfy seafood cravings and hungry stomachs, Rick Stein's St. Petroc's Bistro in Padstow is tucked away on a picturesque side street that gives strong emphasis on seafood menu. There is also a restaurant new Newquay that overlooks the beautiful Watergate Bay of Cornwall that offers a selection of cuisine at good value called Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant.  

Cornwall's treats continue to a few miles north of Padstow where the luxury St. Moritz Hotel is located, Daily Mail reported. The hotel features a Cowshed spa that offers everything from soothing facials to all over body scrubs. For more outdoor Cornwall experience, visitors can head to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary in the Gweek village near Lizard Point. The walk to Lizard Point through the idyllic beach at Kynance Cove or a little further north is a surfer's paradise called the Poldhu Beach. St. Michael's Mount can also be enjoyed by visitors. It is a national trust-run castle located on an island in Marazion near Penzance, Mirror reported.

Cornwall is 100 miles long with a limited rail networks so it is best to prepare before heading to the place. It is not easy to get around without a car so visitors need to rent one. Visitors should also bring lightweight raincoats if ever some rains pour because the place has a changeable weather.
