'Pokemon GO' Release Update: Australia, New Zealand Get iOS, Android Roll Out, End Of Field Tests Signals US, Japan Release?

"Pokemon GO" has rolled out for both the iOS and Android devices in New Zealand and Australia, while the United States and Japan will have to wait for a while.

"Pokemon GO" will be released before the month ends according to Nintendo during E3 2016. The exact date was not specified in the announcement, but there have been reports that the field tests have already closed, depicting a possibility that a final release in the US and Japan is happening soon.  

The "Pokemon GO" is up for free download on Google play store or the Apple Inc app store as it has been reported to be available both for the android and iOS devices.

However, there are contents and portions of the game that will be paid-for in order to avail of the treats. It does not necessarily mean that the only way to progress in the game is to purchase payable items, but some items may need to be bought at some point during the game, Gamespot reported.

The "Pokemon GO" representative stated that "For players who want to enhance their Pokémon GO experience even more, certain items and features can be accessed via in-app purchases. Players can spend real money on PokéCoins, the in-game currency of Pokémon GO. PokéCoins can then be exchanged for power-ups, extra items, and other enhancements."

The "Pokemon GO" game's aim is to locate, catch, battle and interact in trade of Pokemon creatures. The possibility of playing against other players online is also possible for this new game. Reportedly, this is a great way to interact with other "Pokemon GO" players wherever they are in the globe, The Verge reported.

"Pokemon GO" is a mobile game that was developed by the Pokemon Company and Niantic; a former Google startup that has already made it out on its own. Nintendo has also contributed to the development of the said game and in the manufactureg of its other connecting item, the "Pokemon GO Plus." This game can be downloaded online and available for smartphones and tablets.
