Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release Date, Specs, Price: Launch To Happen In 2017?

Recent reports suggest Microsoft highly anticipated Surface Pro 5 release date will not happen until 2017. The possible reason behind the delay could be Microsoft's intention to include the upcoming Intel Kaby Lake processing chip for its next line of hybrid devices.

But, the Kaby Lake chip, which is said to be under development as of the moment, will not be ready before the end of 2016 and this will indirectly postpone Microsoft Surface Pro 5 release date. It is claimed that use of Kaby Lake chip will double the efficiency of Microsoft next generation Surface Pro tablet.
