MacBook Pro 2 is reported to come with plenty of interesting features, including an OLED display touch bar. This new Apple device is believed to be unveiled at the Worldwide Developer Conference.

Apple's MacBook Pro is expected to run OS X 10.12, and with the use of a Touch ID feature iPhone users will be allowed to unlock their Mac computers. There are also reports saying that the new MacBook Pro 2 might come with its own fingerprint scanner. With such feature, the OLED display touch is said to be put above the keyboard.

The new MacBook Pro 2's OLED touch bar may also replace the physical function keys. According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the MacBook series is the brightest spot among all the rollouts of Apple in 2016. This is especially true considering the two upcoming MacBook Pro models, which will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2016 as they will be packaged in a lighter and thinner form factor, according to Unilad.

The new Macbook Pro 2 is reported to be powered by Intel's latest-generation Skylake processors, increasing the performance of the computer, while also enhancing the battery life. Graphics card upgrades will also be included in the new 15-inch model.

Based on some reports, the 12-inch MacBook already has a USB Type-C port, which means it is possible that the new models may have this feature. The USB Type-C port may be used for connecting devices to the other computer as well as charging.

MacBook Pro 2 will be offered in two variants and will come in 15-inch and 13-inch and models with high-resolution Retina displays. Both variants will have the same hardware configuration and USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 3 may also be there, including new and thinner chassis. While Apple has not provided any details regarding the device, the company is expected to launch the new MacBook Pro 2 at the WWDC. The event will take place from June 13 to 17, according to Raw Story.
